| General Information |
| The Mitsubishi WD-73736 DLP® HDTV’s huge 73-inch screen turns your home into a seemingly true theater experience. Instead of using only red, blue, and green, Mitsubishi’s 6-Color Processor also extracts cyan, yellow, and magenta to provide remarkably realistic color. NetCommand IR® provides on-screen control of other products connected to your TV from one remote control eliminating the clutter. The “3D Ready” feature allows you to slide on your 3-D glasses, and watch the images of your video game, movie or sport show jump off the screen. You will need some additional components to watch 3D video on your 3D-Ready TV including wireless 3D glasses with an IR emitter and a personal computer (PC) connected through an HDMI cable. This as not a drawback as it enables you to experience all of your digital media (MP3’s, MP4’s, MPEG’s, AVI’s, DIVX and more) on your TV. Learn out how to set up your 3D experience.

TV works great out of the box, after minor calibration the picture is outstanding. Thin bezel made this TV look quite elegant in the room. Even my wife asked if they make larger models (I wish). This screen is bright enough to enjoy on middle of the day with two side windows. SD is better than expected. The only complain is that geometry in top two corners about 1/4 inch off perfect straight line. It has no effect on video but when using computer it is slightly messing up with menu in top left corner. For the price and considering minor geometry imperfection is inherent in projection TVs, I would recommend without any hesitations. |

Picture is excellent, sound quality is poor and the stand is plain. |

I chose the Mitsubishi. Brighter more natural looking picture. Brighter Whites and Deeper Blacks. Better anti reflective Screen. Wider viewing angles and better edge detail. No apparent geometry issues. The 73 is significantly larger viewing. |
