Consumer Feedback

Rating: ★★★★½

After shopping in 3 different stores for a 1080p tv. I found this one, and it is 720p. It killed many of the 1080p tv sets including Sony’s XBR model. Which I had my heart set on. This tv is incredible. I have been staying up at night just staring at thistv in high def in amazement. Shows like Connan, Leno, & Letterman, our incredible. They look like photographs in a frame, just so sharp and realistic. I really don’t think you need a 1080p tv. Nothing is broadcast in true 1080p right now. Save yourself some money, this tv is so sexy.

All Around Great TV — Cnet is right 720p looks as good as 1080p.

I have been watching the tv for about 3 weeks and it is great. The tv it replaced was a Sanyo 27 crt.,which also had a very good picture.I bought the Panasonic partly because Consumer Reports gave it a good revue and I have other Panasonic equipment. The size was determined by my existing cabinet.I chose the 720p instead of the 1080p because I could not tell the difference between the two while comparing them side by side and it was a few hundred dollars less expensive. What is nice about this model is the anti glare filter that works well and a pixel shifter which helps to prevent burn in which I dont notice. The HD programs are very realistic looking. The staff at Vanns are great.I have purchased other items from them and with no sales tax and free shipping what is there not to like. So, life is short buy that big screen now,you will not be disappointed.
